What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is truly holistic. Combining Acupressure, Nutrition, Vibrational Medicine, Structural work and Counselling, it encompasses all aspects of the human being – the Structural, nutritional, psychological and Spiritual.
Kinesiology is a natural healing modality that allows you to achieve your optimum potential through a state of total balance. Using this technique will transform your health, increase your inner peace, enrich your relationships and increase your prosperity and success.
Originating in the 1970’s, it works with the inter-relationships between the mind, body structure, chemistry and emotional health, and is a powerful combination between Eastern Philosophies and the Western understanding of Anatomy and Physiology.
Kinesiology uses a wide range of gentle yet powerful corrections that target all aspects and bring about instant change and balance.
Illness and disease, which is simply( DIS – EASE ), does not arrive suddenly, though it may seem to do so. It is usually the result of built up stressors (either physical or emotional) and compensation patterns which lead to imbalances in the body. We hold these stressors in our bodies, and the patterns are reflective in our posture and how we feel which is evidently how we walk through life.
Past traumas and beliefs can be hidden away in the sub conscious mind that affect how we feel (both physically and emotionally) and operate on a day to day basis. These can lead to fears/phobias and addictions as well as weight loss or gain and ill health. Kinesiology, through accessing information directly from the body, can identify and change these beliefs.
